Heating & Cooling

Follow these instructions to help you have the best experience possible with your Warm Pals.

HEAT IT UP

Place your room temperature Warm Pal directly on the glass turntable inside a clean microwave. Heat for 60-90 seconds based on your microwave's wattage:

600-800W Microwave: 90 seconds
850-1000W Microwave: 60 seconds

For best results: Turn your Warm Pal every 30 seconds to prevent hot spots.

WARNING: Do not overheat. Heat only under adult supervision. When hot, avoid prolonged direct skin contact.

COOL IT DOWN

Place your Warm Pal on a clean surface or in a plastic bag directly in the freezer for up to several hours to cool to desired temperature.

For best results: Place in the coldest part of the freezer, away from any other fragrant items.

WARNING: Cool only under adult supervision. Use caution when applying directly to skin.

**Warning: Inspect Warm Pals regularly & discard if damaged. Non-toxic, but do not ingest contents. Not suitable for individuals with millet seed allergies or lavender sensitivities.
